My earnest request is to never travel with them they are complete fraud and totally unprofessional. I booked local shimla sightseeing with them on 23-oct-2023 Monday places included: Sankat Mochan, Bird Park, Institute of advanced studies, Mall road. They quoted 1500 for these places and I agreed. Journey started 1 hour late as the driver arrived by 12:30PM when originally I asked them to pick me up by 11:30 AM. We visited Sankat Mochan temple without any issue then when driver took us to Bird Park, institute of advanced studies both were closed as it was Monday which they did not inform me they started saying I have to pay the entire amount as they took me and started telling me that as they burnt petrol I am entitled to pay them no matter whether the places are closed or not and they are running pick and drop service not providing service for sightseeing. So I asked them for what will you guys take 1500 atleast show me Jakhu temple then, driver took me to Jakhu temple with condition that I will pay 1700 to ehich I agreed.Then I asked them to take me to Army museum which also turned out to be closed on that day and in the banner it was clearly written that the museum remains closed on every Monday. Later they took me to Mall road for which I dont have any complaints .The driver was complete unprofessional and rude misbehaved with me and my parents who are senior citizen when I refused to pay 1700 and I paid 1500 instead which was originally asked by them for showing me 5 places in reality throughout the day I came to see only Sankat Mochan and Jakhu temple nothing else for the entire day. If there would be an option to give rating in negative I would have gladely choosen that option.
